Solar energy - Solar power pack kit

The assignment is to develop a lightweight, compact and robust system of unfolding solar panels combined with a battery and plug-in connectors for lighting, refrigeration and communication systems.
This means it should produce enough power to run a small refrigerator for medicines, an operation light, and a number of LED lights, to charge a number of mobile phones and to provide power for other communication equipment.

In addition, it should be easy to set up and straightforward in its use.

Suggested materials are flexible and robust photovoltaic laminates which can be used on shelters. It is also planned to research existing solutions for thermal solar power. This principle will be used for the Hospitainer in case of sufficient sunshine. Thermal solar power will also be needed for the digester of the sanitation-gas kit and can possibly be useful for the Mobile Recycling Kit as energy source.
